A. Restrictions

In using this website to upload files, you agree NOT to:

1. Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;
2. Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer;
3. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, contracts or agreements concerning but not limited to copyrights, confidential information, trademarks or infringement on intellectual property.
4. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded;
5. Upload files that contain inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information;

B. Confidentiality

Event1 shall protect Information that is submitted via this site against unauthorized disclosure with the same degree of care and discretion Event1 uses with its own or other customers’ information which Event1 does not want disclosed to third parties. However, Event1 shall not be required to protect Information which

1. is or becomes publicly available,
2. is already in Event1's or an affiliate’s possession,
3. Event1 or an affiliate independently develops outside the scope of this Agreement, or
4. Event1 rightfully obtains from third parties.
